The Barcelona coffee table is a real gem in the Akante collection. The arms of the table open in a smooth synchronised movement, extending the surface to 163cm in length. The upper plate in the accompanying photo is in ceramic argile imported from Spain. The ceramic is glued to the upper glass plate. The underlying tempered glass plate is 10mm thick.
